Yeast, water, salt, milk, sugar, eggs, butter, bread flour
Pure 4 cups(500g) bread flour into a bowl, then add 1 ½ tbsp (22g) sugar and 1 tsp(5g) salt.
Pure ¼ cup (50ml) warm water into 25g fresh yeast or 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast and stir it then pure it into the dried ingredient as mentioned above.
Then add 2 eggs and 2/3 cup (170ml) warm milk in to the mix and stir all together.
Add 4 tbsp (60g) melted butter, and knead the dough until the dough is smooth and soft.
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm area, until doubled in size.
Use ready cones frames or use it with aluminium foils.
Prepare or Make 8 cones.
Divide the ready dough into 8 equal pieces and allow rest for 5 minutes.
Shape dough into 30 inch (80 cm) rope and rolling it around cone frames.
Allow to rest for 20 minutes. And then brush the dough with egg.
Sprinkle sesame and flax seeds.
Bake in preheated 400 F (200 C) oven for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.
