Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip Appetizer
14 oz Artichoke hearts
2 Garlic cloves
4 oz can green Jalapenos (small red or green very hot pepper widely used in Mexican cooking
10 oz spinach, frozen
1 stick butter, unsalted
8 oz cream cheese
1 ½ cups parmesan cheese
16 oz sour cream, light
Pure cream cheese, stick of butter, sour cream and grated parmesan cheese into a pan and we are gonna heat that to medium or medium high heat and stir occasionally .
Go ahead with Drain and coarsely chop your artichoke and add it to the pan then add the spinach and green jalapenos and finally add garlic and lets to almost simmer and it’s done .
